The project

One of the most complex things to assess during the recruitment process is whether the candidate has received all the necessary information at the right time in the process. In this project, we developed a recruitment chatbot designed to help candidates better prepare for job interviews (in Dutch, French and English). This is done through explanations of sample projects, explanations of the TAG values (in function of projects) and information of the application process at TAG. The goal of the chatbot is to enhance candidate readiness, leading to a higher number of applicants progressing to later stages in the hiring process.

The team

The team exists of 3 Young graduate consultants with one year of experience (Bram Wuyts, Kerstin Vandystadt and Michael De Moor), 2 Young graduate consultants (Raf Mary and Zeno Koolen) and 1 team manager (Martin Camerman).
